Ah, youth! Unfathomable in this day and age! Alas, youth continues to happen and these youths need a place to go to flourish. That’s why we opened up the Friendlytown Skate n’ Dash, where the fine young people of our fair town can go skate and have a good time and be complimentary to one another in a variety of manners. It’s Couples Skate night and we want all of these couples to showcase their best qualities as the onlookers look on! Will they get along? Will they do the opposite of getting along? Will they do the Bart Man in the middle of the skate floor and inspire others to do the same? Only one way to find out! Continue reading

Friendlytown Turns Two Tonight
I’ve shared this here before, haven’t I? Probably, I dunno. It’s a great poster by Boston McCown. I’ve been crazy busy recently with the album release stuff and Friendlytown’s Second Bell Festival appearance on Saturday (as well as caving to join Instagram to promote these things but mostly share photos of my cat). Anyway, come … Continue reading

I’ll be performing (2WICE) in the first annual Second Bell Music Festival on Saturday! You can see Friendlytown at 5:45 pm at the Nothing Too Fancy Stage (inside of Everything Mushrooms at 1004 Sevier Ave), and then I’ll be performing in the stand-up showcase that begins at 6:45. The music schedule (which I hope to … Continue reading
091: Friendlytown Goes Virtual!
Mannnnnn. We’ve really done it now. We accidentally digitized all of Friendlytown into a virtual world, including all of its mayors/citizens! Now they’re going to have to escape through a series of challenges devised by some sort of mastermind that’s been pulling the strings all this time! They don’t even know the games that they may play! Can we escape from this Original Sci-Fi Movie(tm) in time for the council meeting to really start in the real world? Probably not, but we’ll have an audience of people watching every move we make! Continue reading
089: Friendlytown Presents “Home Groan Pun Battle!”
CHECK IT OUT IT’S THE RETURN OF FRIENDLYTOWN RADIO! Sorry for the long delay, but we had a lot of stuff to tend to over this past month, and again, we don’t make any money off of this insanely fun use of our time.
This week’s edition featured the very funny Kelly Morgan and Glenn Reed traversing the mountains from Asheville to host Friendlytown’s first-ever PUN BATTLE! We had almost 9 citizens and mayors draw their pun-swords and face off in the simultaneously best and worst competition involving pithy plays on words. Either way, it was PUNbelievable (NONE OF YOU HAD BETTER STEAL THAT GOLD RIGHT THERE). Continue reading

I know that means, by definition, we’re not invading them, but it sounds better and nobody reads this website anyway. Check these out and mark your calendars! WOZOFEST: SUNDAY, JULY 22nd (Pilot … Continue reading

084: Friendlytown Gets Audited!
Nothing is certain except death, taxes, and that the smell of the burning remains of the Friendlytown Hummus Factory will forever be in our clothing. But this week, we’re focusing on our taxes.
Friendlytown’s tax revenue department is sending an auditor (Shane Rhyne, CPA) to ask questions about some peculiar deductions and claims made in the Friendlytown tax returns this year. Sit back and watch our comedian residents squirm as they attempt to explain their way out of this mess.
Come on out and see why the local press has recently said, “This is a show that takes place every Monday.” Continue reading
